Since 2008, Wilson & Associates has supported the 2,700-acre Westhaven community in Franklin, Tennessee—one of the region’s premier mixed-use developments. Partnering with Southern Land Company, WA has provided a wide range of surveying and design services throughout multiple phases of the project.

WA’s scope has included boundary and topographic surveys, deed research and property descriptions, pond and tree surveys, final plats, and storm sewer and utility as-builts. The Survey Design team has also delivered plot plans, house-fit matrices, individual lot staking, and construction staking. With multiple active contracts still in progress, Westhaven remains a long-standing example of WA’s commitment to quality and consistency on large-scale, phased developments.
