Waverly is a Beazer Homes subdivision near I‑40 in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, featuring a thoughtfully planned community with pools, playgrounds, farmstands, and greenspaces—all supported by Wilson & Associates’ comprehensive surveying services.

All WA teams contributed to this multi-phase residential and commercial development. The Survey Design team provided critical lot conformity letters, plot plans, house staking, foundation as-builts, final elevation certificates, lot turnover surveys, and final property corner pins for several hundred lots. WA also supported transportation-related construction in and around the site.
