Kedron Corner is a planned walkable, mixed-use community located in Spring Hill, Tennessee. To support the property’s acquisition, Wilson & Associates provided a comprehensive Boundary, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey for the 360.71-acre site.

The WA team also delivered a right-of-way survey and legal description, helping facilitate due diligence and planning for future development. This project highlights WA’s role in enabling smooth land transactions and development readiness for large-scale community projects.
