The Rollins Property is a 1,500-acre site located along Interstate 840 in Wilson County, Tennessee. Wilson & Associates was contracted to perform a boundary survey, which later expanded into a full ALTA and topographic survey due to the scope and strategic importance of the site.

WA leveraged high-precision aerial LiDAR to rapidly collect large volumes of data, enabling efficient mapping of nearly all above-ground features. Ground crews supplemented this data with detailed fieldwork to locate boundary corners, gravity flow utilities, and potential cemetery boundaries. Rapid static control was established across the site to ensure reliable reference points throughout the project’s duration—even as construction progresses.

This expansive survey effort was managed and completed by WA’s Professional Surveying Services team, delivering all research, data extractions, drafting, exhibits, and submittals on time and with exceptional accuracy.
