Project Tiger-Bison is part of the transformative development of the Oracle Campus—a 550-acre site along the Cumberland River in Metro Nashville. As one of the region’s most high-profile projects, the site required precision, speed, and deep technical expertise.

Wilson & Associates completed a full ALTA survey from start to finish, including a detailed review of 256 title exceptions. The scope also included topographic and hydrographic surveys, as well as both terrestrial and aerial LiDAR scanning. WA delivered all services with efficiency and accuracy, completing work for two separate clients in 2023.
