June Lake is a large-scale mixed-use development in Spring Hill, Tennessee, supported by Wilson & Associates through every phase of surveying and construction. WA’s Professional Surveying, Survey Design, and Construction Surveying Services teams worked together to deliver a wide range of services with precision and care.

Scope of work included boundary and ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, tree surveys, deed research, property descriptions, final plats, construction staking, and utility as-builts. WA also played a role in public infrastructure, providing construction staking and right-of-way acquisition support as a subcontractor on TDOT’s new I‑65 interchange—an essential connection to Buckner Road and the broader June Lake development.

This project reflects WA’s capacity to coordinate across teams and stakeholders on complex, multi-client developments.
