The Chimney Rock Reconstruction Project in North Carolina is a comprehensive recovery effort following the devastating impact of Hurricane Helene in September 2024.

The hurricane caused catastrophic flooding, leading to the destruction of infrastructure and significant damage to the community. This project consists of multiple projects within the overall scope, ranging from temporary to permanent bridges, roadway and utility reconstruction, and massive earth moving.

WA provided pre-construction and construction surveying services leveraging traditional surveying as well as terrestrial, aerial, and mobile lidar surveying.
